Care Instructions:
These boards are water-resistant and extremely hard wearing. Hand wash only, wipe dry when clean. Apply a food-safe mineral oil every few months to keep the board looking like new. As with any wooden chopping boards, they will scratch over time but rest assured this can be remedied by giving the board a light sand with 240 grit sandpaper and re-applying oils or bees wax.
DO NOT place hot pots and pans directly on the butcher block surface, This will burn or even crack the wood and in most cases, leaving permanent damage.
DO NOT put this item in the dishwasher.
